step 1: SCHEDULE A ZOOM INTRODUCTION AND/OR MEET AND GREET

We can’t wait to meet you and learn all about your pet! Whether you have a dog, cat, bird, reptile, fish, or any other beloved companion, this quick 5 to 10-minute Zoom introduction is the perfect first step. It gives us a chance to connect, hear about your pet’s unique needs, and make sure our services are the right fit—all in a friendly, stress-free way.

During this call, we’ll go over what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and, most importantly, ensure we’re set up for success before moving on to Step 2: The Meet & Greet. This introduction is a key part of getting to know you and your pet, so we can provide the best possible care.

And just so you know—this Zoom introduction is completely complimentary! There’s no charge, just a chance to chat and make sure we’re the perfect match for you and your pet.

step 2: MEET & GREET + MANDATORY Pet Questionnaire

Now that we’ve had our Zoom introduction, it’s time for the next important step—the Meet & Greet and the Pet Questionnaire! Both are required before services can begin.

The Pet Questionnaire (MANDATORY BEFORE SERVICE BEGINS!)

Before our Meet & Greet, you must complete the Pet Questionnaire. This includes critical details like vaccination records for dogs requiring walks, essential veterinarian information, and any other key details we need to ensure your pet’s care is seamless and safe.

The Meet & Greet (20–30 Minutes, Owner Must Be Present!)

This in-person meeting is where we truly get to know each other and, most importantly, your pet! We’ll go over their routine, discuss their unique needs, and ensure they feel comfortable with us. The pet owner must be present to walk us through feeding schedules, walking routes, and any other important details.

Your Meet & Greet can be scheduled during your Step 1 Zoom introduction, but if you prefer to schedule it afterward, that’s totally fine—just remember, the Zoom introduction must be completed first.

We also ask that you have a duplicate set of keys ready at this appointment. These keys will be kept by us to ensure we can provide care when needed.

*Special Note: Additional Meet & Greet May Be Required

While our Meet & Greet is typically a one-and-done step, some pets may require a second Meet & Greet before we can safely move forward with services. This applies to pets who display:

• Stranger fears or wariness

• Guarding behavior over their home or space

• Social anxiety or avoidance

• Aggressive or reactive behaviors

If any of these concerns are noticed during the Zoom introduction or are mentioned by the pet owner, the Meet & Greet cannot be stacked onto the first appointment. Instead, a separate Meet & Greet must take place first to ensure we can safely and comfortably provide care for your pet. If we determine during the initial Meet & Greet that an additional session is necessary, we will discuss next steps with you at that time.

All Meet & Greets—whether one or more—are completely complimentary. We believe in taking the time to build trust with you and your pet before starting care, at no extra cost to you.

This step is all about making sure your pet is set up for success, and we can’t wait to meet them in person!

Now that we’ve completed your Zoom Introduction, Meet & Greet, and mandatory Pet Questionnaire, it’s time for the most important step—getting your pet the care they need!

We’re ready to provide reliable, compassionate, and professional care, customized to your pet’s unique needs. Whether it’s daily walks, feedings, check-ins, or specialized care, you can now officially start booking services with us!

Booking Your Pet’s Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.

  • We do not accept bookings via call, text, or email—everything must be booked online.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of three hours’ notice through the booking system.

Our online system ensures accuracy, convenience, and reliability, making it easy for you to schedule and manage your pet’s care without any hassle.
