Traditional pet care services with rigid appointment slots and complicated booking processes just don’t cut it anymore. That’s why Heidi’s Halo was created—to provide reliable, on-call pet care that fits your life, no matter how unpredictable it is.

We offer services in Hoboken, New Jersey, with availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and even holidays—because pets need care whenever life happens.

EASY ONLINE SELF-BOOKING (BECAUSE WHO WANTS TO CALL SOMEONE?)

Gone are the days of leaving voicemails, waiting for responses, or playing email tag to schedule a pet care appointment. At Heidi’s Halo, everything is booked online through our easy-to-use scheduling app, giving you complete control. You can book, change, or cancel appointments at your convenience, with real-time availability at your fingertips.

For efficiency and fairness, we have a few simple booking policies:

• Appointments can be booked as soon as 75 minutes before the desired time and up to 30 days in advance.

• Any changes or cancellations made within three hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full amount.

• We do not accept appointment changes or cancellations via phone, email, or text—all modifications must be made through the online system.

To provide the best experience for you and your pet, we require a Meet & Greet before your first appointment. This helps us understand your pet’s unique personality, needs, and routine so we can give them the best possible care.

Heidi’s Halo is an active member of Pet Sitters International and the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, which means we’re always learning, training, and staying up to date on the latest in pet care. Our pet caregivers are trained in pet first aid and CPR, and we are fully insured—so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in the best hands.
